__Lighthearted functional pottery handmade in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Working with clay is exiting, funny and challenging. Inspired by my life on Canada's east coast, my work is meant to be used at least daily.
I am a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design with a Major in Ceramics. Since finishing art school I've been lucky enough to continue with ceramics, including a residency at the Craft Council of Newfoundland, work-studies at Haystack Mountain in Maine and Arrowmont School in Tennessee. I am currently the director of Turnstile Pottery in Halifax and have participated in lots of exciting workshops with the Nova Scotia Potters Guild.
